á month without a cigarette
Today marks a month without tobacco for me.

Sorry if I've been an asshole this past month. Sad

I haven't noticed any worse than usual behavior. Tongue Sciggies and alcohol both at the same time? Dayam. And congratulations! People in the Fireball family smoke, they die young, and painfully.

Just keep going like that, buddy, we'll put up with your assholeness. (Haven't joticed meself!)

Hiw's the breathing, I found it strange to actually breathe clearly, wasn't sure that the air was going down, no soreness in the throat, no phlegm (after a month), no wheezing, no coughing...

Then I treated myself to some books with the extra money, worked out at about£90/month, allowing for tax, a decent pay rise in 1998! Actually more than my mortgage at that point.

Keep it up! Thumbsup

Tomorrow is precious, don't ruin it by fouling up today.

Twenty-eight years without one for me.

Yeah, my friends were afraid of me on nicotine withdrawal. They took me out to the Mojave and left me with two weeks worth of food and water and a radio. I didn't use the radio. I was afraid it would scare off the coyotes. I was beating them up every night.

You weren't exactly a beam of sunshine before......

Tongue

Congrats, seriously....

A year from now you won't believe how much better you feel.......

edit to add --

somebody give the guy a rep point....

It's earned...

The difference between prayer and masturbation - is when a guy is through masturbating - he has something to show for his efforts.

Yes, he should have more rep, but I already maxed out with my one point allotment.

Keep it up. I've been off them about 5 years. It's great not to cough and wheeze when I wake up in the mornings.
