Well done. Keep it up!

I gave it up 4 years ago. Went from about 15 cigarettes a day to 0. Good decision that was

Thanks everybody! I do feel quite a bit better.

Sorry if I've been an asshole this past month. Sad

I haven't noticed any worse than usual behavior. Tongue Sciggies and alcohol both at the same time? Dayam. And congratulations! People in the Fireball family smoke, they die young, and painfully.

I was off alcohol a month before I put down the smokes. In fact, that's a big reason that I stopped. I went from about a pack a day when drinking nearly three packs a day after putting that down.

I refuse to give up the ganja, though. Angel

Congrats! That's great. Thumbsup

I'm over two months without smoking now, of course I took up vaping to help me out with it, but still better than cigs.

My next step is the alcohol. That's the big one for me.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Oh my goodness! That's awesome! Well done!

I have not noticed any grumpiness at all. Being smoke free must suit you well.

I've been using gum.

Excellent idea! Once it's dried, it's almost impossible to open the pack.
