Sorry Chas...you seem to be having a twelve-month span like I did in 2009...my aunt died unexpectedly, just a few weeks later my dad died, then my cancer diagnosis....keeerapp...too much in such a short time. Luckily while home recovering from surgery, I had a long, long phone converstation with my last surviving grandparent not knowing that she would be gone in just a couple months. Also had a long talk, just like the old days, with a really good friend who died about the same time as grandma did.

I reached the point where I didn't want to answer the damn phone any more.

Chas, it's nonea' my business, but if you're not already utilizing some sort of group or individual bereavement services, you can probably participate in such with your local hospice agency at no cost....

If and when you're ready, of course.
