If you follow the thread, I agree that law should not be based on religious beliefs.
I am also arguing that law should not be based on moral beliefs (be they religious or secular)

Ok so then you are pro-censorship and abolition of human rights? The state can keep a much better ordered society under martial law than they can under rule of law.

It would show your views would be based on logic rather than a personal dislike for religion.

I dislike many things done in the name of religion, yet it doesn't transcend my philosophical views to rationalise existence.
