RE: 9 out of 10 doubt evolution?
http://www.pewforum.org/2013/12/30/publi...evolution/

According to a new Pew Research Center analysis, six-in-ten Americans (60%) say that “humans and other living things have evolved over time,” while a third (33%) reject the idea of evolution, saying that “humans and other living things have existed in their present form since the beginning of time.”

We have a long way to go yet, indoctrination takes time to reverse especially when partially State funded.

Lol. I mean i am searching on evolution and every time i met with ppl every one provide me a different theory and call it revised theory. Now what is your theory of evolution?

Well let us suppose man came from evolution but how this evolution took place? do you also claim that we came from nothing?. or do u claim that there was something before this universe. I am still wondering to know the exact evolution theory. I just want to know from where life come on this earth. Well if we evolve from monkey then from where these monkeys come? Still not finding suitable answer. Kindly explain you evolution theory.

Ignorance is bliss I suppose.

I mean holy fuck Khuram, you have to educate yourself. I don't know if you're being willfully ignorant, trolling or what but this is the kind of post you'll look back on years from now and think to yourself "I can't believe I was such a moron".

Do yourself a favor and go read proper science books and don't embarrass yourself more than you already have.

Yes you can tell that by them swearing to FSM it is showing how stupid creationist arguments are.

Tell them that 10 out of 10 doubt God. When I was in church, I was told everybody doubts and it's normal. Of course, this is done to keep people from actually thinking about their doubts rather than dismissing them. Still, the apologetics say that more people doubt God than evolution.

That cant be true!!! 4 out of 10 and 5 out of 10 I would believe, but 9?! That?s 90% of the population.

I couldnt find the study on the internet so I ask here if anyone had heard of this.

No, it's not that high. The 2012 Gallup poll has the figure at 78% broken down as follows:

32% believe evolution did occur but a God guided it
46% believe that a God created humans in their present form, i.e. no human evolution

Only 15% believe in evolution as it is understood by evolutionary biologists, i.e. no divine intervention.

Refer here.

PS:- But of those 15% that do believe in evolution they don't all actually understand what they believe in. Even here on this forum some people exhibit common misunderstandings.
