She didn't realize that government funds for religious schools meant any religion? Can someone really be that fucking dumb?

Damn you HOC

Wait...it was a play on words. I was making fun of her in a subtle way by using improper grammar.

At most it's stupid and at the least it's culpable.

Insanity - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

Amazing! Can we have the Thomas Paine High School? How about the James Madison Elementry School or the Thomas Jefferson Middle School? Three founding fathers, so they'd get what they want. This level of stupidity and bigotry in an elected official is simply sad.

Wow have these people not read the constitution outside of their own selective interpretation? When will citizens finally get a right to call a vote of non confidence against such idiots.

Wait a second...

"one of the state legislators, Rep. Valarie Hodges (R-Watson)"

I LIVE IN WATSON!

Who is this woman? I've seriously never heard of her. I surely didn't vote for her.

It's weird that my home community is mentioned... Watson is such a small town.

Didn't I tell you about the relationship between prophetic times and the prophet? But no... nobody ever listens to me... Tongue

I don't know if you guys are getting the propaganda tactic being used here.
They are not stupid and don't think that they do not know the constitution . In fact, conservatives know the constitution better than liberals.
The tactic is to just keep saying over and over, "America is a Christian Nation".
They understand that if you just keep repeating the line it becomes "commonly accepted knowledge".
Kind of like the Jesus story. "Everyone knows that God is real and Jesus his only son died for our sins. What's wrong with your thinking?"
"Everyone knows that America is a Christian Nations. What wrong with your thinking?" Hobo
BTW, if you want to stop federal and state funding for religious organizations let's start with removing the tax exempt status and call religious organizations what they are, A BUSINESS. Business pay taxes.
...and watch the money dry up when individuals can't deduct their religious contributions. Never happen? Let's PRAY that it does.

The old gods are dead, let's invent some new ones before something really bad happens.
