But we know better than that, don't we.

Do we?

It's not the prayer CS.
I don't imagine anyone is "offended" by a harmless (pointless) prayer.

It's the fact that Egor would use the deaths of innocent lives as a means to push his agenda. Especially so soon after the tragedy.
It's extremely low.

They banned me at Rational Skepticism for posting this prayer. I just went there and looked. 818 views 54 replies and I haven't even had a chance to reply to any of them.

I was a little offended by his prayer. I don't believe God plans for humans to butcher other humans.

So you don't believe God is perfect/all powerful?

Plus, I though 'god worked in mysteries ways', who are you to say what he does and does not plan for?
What, do you think you're better then god now? What kind of theist are you? Think you know more then god?

I believe God created humans with free will and thus has no specific plans for any individual.

Why do you think these people are on the atheist site ? They've been banned everywhere else. They are really atheists. Someday they will will grow a pair, and admit it.

But how do you know that?
What if god does have a plan for everyone? Are you so arrogant that you are 100% sure you know what God's intentions are? Thee God.

I'm not 100% sure. I am sure enough that I found Egor's prayer to be distasteful.
