Yes, but having taste buds doesn't mean that one is born to like a certain food over other foods.

We have evolved to have the tools to speak as a human species but it's not a proper statement to say "we are born to speak english"

And that is where your thinking is flawed. You keep trying to localize things too much.

No we are not born to like mexican food.
No we are not born to speak English.

But we are born with certain taste buds, and eventually prefer certain foods. Not necessarily mexican.
We are born with the ability to make sounds. Not necessarily English.

wait so if this gay guy was chinese would he absolutely love chexican?

When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.

You cannot successfully determine beforehand which side of the bread to butter.

RE: A gay guy at a mexican restaurant
Why anyone would proactively decide to eat Mexican food is beyond me.
It's full of spicy shit that doesn't digest well and if it's spicy enough it hurts going in just as much as it hurts coming out.

But hey, I guess the stomach wants what the stomach wants.

I don't talk gay, I don't walk gay, it's like people don't even know I'm gay unless I'm blowing them.

Hey man if you're into s&m then mexican is the best.

What kind of recipes are we going to talk about this week ?When Muffers gets here, we need to ask about what kind of onions are best in omelets. Anyone put mushrooms in their omelets ?

I must say, I'm not a fan of either onions OR mushrooms so I can't really help on that one.
I like mushrooms raw, but once you cook them... yuck.
My dad is big on mushrooms, he puts them with EVERYTHING.

What I like in my omelet is left over meat (because the purpose of an omelet is to get rid of fridge left-overs), bit of toma'to, hand full of grated cheese, potato (last nights bowled potato chopped up into little squares) sprinkle of salt n pepper.

I agree that what we do and like is determined/influenced by (whatever word one wants to use) by our environment.

We learn from our environment to like or not like certain things.

We don't choose it, nor are we born to like it.

So what you're saying is, breakfast at your house.

(I want vanilla coke for my drink)
