A new height in Catholic child abuse
That's a big one. 547 victims over the decades.

Quote:The latest findings into the decades of abuse in the Regensburg Domspatzen Catholic boys choir implicate 49 church members. Victims described their time in the choir as like "a prison, hell and a concentration camp."

These stories make me so sad. My heart goes out to all of those boys.

Norwegian metalheads had a fine solution to this in the 90s.

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.

Not so much a new height in catholic child abuse..............rather it's a new low.

The invisible and the non-existent look very much alike

None of this stuff surprises me anymore. The Catholic Church has got to be the most morally and politically corrupt organization on the planet. Dodgy

I think, if I recall, the ex-pope's brother (RATzinger) ran that choir. There is no way he didn't know about this. But here IS another "new low" :

It's mentioned in the article. I think in the meantime he admitted to have known.

Stop giving this organization money people, please!

I have a website here which discusses the issues and terminology surrounding religion and atheism. It's hopefully user friendly to all.

That choir is really, really, really popular over here. This and the fact that Ratzingers brother is invoved means its a major PR desaster for the rc church in Germany.

Havent read the article (yet) but in case its not mentioned there: Ratzingers brother already admitted to slapping the boys (you all know....this "rod" thingie).

It's also worth mentioning that it's a quite expensive private school. So, pay to have your child abused.
