Bugger. I knew that this day was coming but that doesn't help. I never had the pleasure of meeting Sir Terry, I'm just a fan. So why do I feel such a sense of loss?

Sad Fuck. I devoured the discworld series when I was a teenager. Bit of a grey day today...

For me he died when I read Raising Steam. It's the only book that I have returned on Amazon. I had just read the entire series. As far as I am concerned, it was written by someone else.

I haven't read anything he wrote but I've been wanting to for a while. This might be a good time to start.
