Do you make any liquor with that maple syrup that you harvest? Asking for an adversary....

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

Yes.

Maple Kaluha

Reduced maple syrup ( boiled past industry syrup standard to increase thickness)

High grade coffee from Kona.

High grade natural Madagascar vanilla

vodka or grain alcohol..

Seep ground coffee beans in alcohol for 12 hours in a sealed jar - agitate once an hour.

Strain out coffee grounds. ( I use a 10 micron industrial food grade sock filter)

Mix coffee extract 50/50 with maple syrup.

Add two tablespoons vanilla per quart.
....

Using 190 proof Everclear - you end up with 95 proof coffee liquor.

It induces the weirdest dreams you will ever have - so overindulging does not make for a reason restfull night of sleep.

With all the cafine it' s basically a poor man' s speedball.

I don't drink more than a drink or two every few years, but when I do, my drink of choice is a toasted almond. Your recipe here made me drool.

Something simple my grandpa used to do, and I have done it too, it's good:

Fill a jar with perfect grapes, all skins must be unblemished, add white rum to cover, close jar and put it in a dark spot for a month or more. It's superb over ice cream or sponge cake or whatever turns you on. It is a lot more potent than it tastes.

My parents have done similar things with cherries, raisins, and ... apricots? They use vodka with the cherries, but I don't know what they used for the others.

Any produce with unblemished skin will work, and all clear liquor will work.
