A Tennant model T7. It's simple. You'll pick it up quick. That floor will shine.

It'll help me get off my feet for a bit and I can pretend I am racing.

My first check is looking at $819 not including deductions for tax and that.

Well it'll probably be about $200 after taxes and shit lol and future checks won't be as much.

Yep. The money looks good.
Hang in there for a while. Once you get into a routine, the rough spots will smooth out.

As suggested previously: invest in some proper footwear.
I find cross trainers to keep the feet comfortable - even on cement. Thumbsup

When I can get a smartphone I may see if I can try and record a first person view of it.

Getting some good footwear is probably the best single piece of advice in this thread. Though personally I'd recommend a pair a Wolverine Durashocks. Or you could invest most of that first check in a pair of Wesco boots. With a little care and a couple of trips back to factory for maintenance you will still be wearing them when you retire. If there is such a thing as retirement by then...
