Huh? Who is "they"? Before you said Merc created the court, but they did not. Before you talked about "numerous" cased but have not produced any.

I'm tired and I've had a frustrating evening (that had nothing to do with this forum) so I'm going to turn off my usual posting charm and patience and cut right to the heart of this: you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.
