Doesn't sound like much but I feel great right now. Smile

You had your head in loads of crap that was lying around your work.

Do you work on a farm?

First rule of farming.....keep your head out of the manure pile.

I made pasta sauce for the winter. Looks like I'll end up with about 8 liters. Did a trial run with a recipe from Dom, it was awesome, so now we got spaghetti goodness all winter from garden tomatoes.

It was a good, productive day.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

More recently here I've been wishing I could trade my job for a job shoveling horseshit.

Today I finally went for a bike ride...a short one, just to get some quarters to do laundry with. I need to get my fat ass out on that bike much more often. I'm so outta' shape I'm ashamed to admit it.

RE: Achievement of the Day Thread
I started back on my diet today. Thought the first day would be tough but I've restricted myself to around 807 calories for Saturday.

Result!

Best and worst of Ferdinand .....
Best

Worst
Ferdinand: Everyone from British is so, like, fucking retarded.

The sun is approx 150,000,000 km away (the distance varies) so that means you have approx 200,000,000,000 km of DNA in you body.

The fact I remembered that without my head exploding due to the sheer mindblowingness of that is a fucking acheivment in itself.

(these are estimates so the numbers won't be perfect. Still amazing when you think about it.)

Considering there are over 7 billion people on this planet (not to mention the untold numbers of animals) who each contain that much DNA; it's a fact that is almost unbelievable. In every literal sense of the word.

Unbelievable... or?
