ENTJ. It's always ENTJ.

Think I got this result from previous tests of a similar nature. So, stable (ish).

I did a vocational psychometric test back in the 60s - similar format but punching holes that were machine read.

In college in 2005 I did a more comprehensive one. The results were very similar. Despite going off thd scale in the "mechanical" section, and bring very good at my job as a development technician, jobs like social worker, teacher, lawyer, editor, librarian etc. were top of both recommendations!

Be interesting to see the graph over a population that did not include only those who inhabit forums!

Chances are we will be mostly xNTJ simply because we are here.

My response?

Goodbye to MBTI, the Fad That Won’t Die.

Unfortunately—and despite its apparent popularity—it's been subject to sustained criticism by professional psychologists for over three decades, and exhibits significant psychometric deficiencies. Myers-Briggs lives on solely as a revenue generator for Consulting Psychologists Press (CPP), the company that owns the global rights to the test. It makes an estimated $20m a year by charging subjects from $20 to $40 to take the survey, and "certifying" testing administrators for $1,700.

Psychometric specialist Robert Hogan wrote that "Most personality psychologists regard the MBTI as little more than an elaborate Chinese fortune cookie" LOL.

ISTJ

I remember taking a test in 11th grade at school where a computer would analyse your answers and list what your best choices for a career would be...

The first 2 on my list:

1. Florist
2. Tax Auditor

WTF?

For the record, I work in the accounting office of a car dealership and I do have a lot of plants in my house.
