Amazon patents headphones with audible shut off triggers.
Amazon has filed a new patent for noise cancelling headphones that would automatically shut off with a verbal or audio trigger. Imagine your headphones muting when someone calls your name or when a car honks it's horn because you carelessly stepped into the middle of the street. Imagine how nice this could be.

Sounds like a pain in the ass.
I wanna listen to music so I don't have to listen to cunts calling my name.

Yeah that is a bad side, would just get a separate anti-cunt set for that.

Yep. Could be trouble.

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

On the other hand when my wife calls "dinner's ready" I want to hear it.

Don't know. At this point it's just a patent to protect the technology. Would be great if there was though
