An Australian in Madrid
I'm in Spain for a few weeks on business. What mischief should I get up to?

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

Ooh - where in Spain? What part?

Madrid :-)
I'm currently situated just off the Calle de la princesa.
I just spent and evening out. I ran into some fellow Australians who turned out to be the competition in my line of work.
Visited the centre of Spain where all other distances are marked from. Saw the bear eating fruit from a strawberry tree. Saw the outside of the palace, the Egyptian temple, the opera house, a few parks etc.

If you want, you can go to a small town (of like 1,000 people) called Alaejos and give me a call.
Then I can put a piece of bread on the ground and you can put a piece of bread on the ground and we can make an Earth sandwich.

The Goya museum is nice, if a bit crowded, the central square is nice. There should be some monument to the Civil War which is interesting to me considering my politics.

The incredible thing to an american is going out at 21:00 and being early for dinner. The amount of people out at very late hours is astonishing. Walk around, have fun.
