j) Do your closest friends know about your non-belief?
k) Do your co-workers know about your non-belief?
l) Did you go through depression after your deconversion?
m) Where you relieved by your deconversion?
n) Is your life more or less joyous after your deconversion?
o) Do you miss any part of your old religious life? (Not Y/N)
p) Country of realized disbelief (if appicable) (Not Y/N)Not sure what does this mean Huh
q) Country you were a citizen of when you started believing (Not Y/N)
r) Did you/do you ever regard the Bible as literal fact?
s) Did you/do you ever regard the Bible as historically accurate?
t) Age you took the Salvation Prayer/got saved/began to become more interested in religion? (Not Y/N)
u) Age you started questioning religion seriously (Not Y/N)
v) Age you stopped believing (if applicable) (Not Y/N)
w) How many sects have you belonged to? (Not Y/N)
x) Indoctrinated
y) Genital mutilation
z) Were you ever a missionary?

Um... I cannot divulge the location at which I relieved myself until such time as the case has been adjudicated.
