So, currently there is no single Creationist in the "Current Content" indexing publication system? No, it seems. The problem goes deeper: any clear and wise paper (on any subject, not only about the Theology), any fatal critique of the Current Content papers (they call it "Comment on: ....") is being rejected. Any paper of non-PhD is being rejected. The Current Content journals are totally in the Scientism - the false paganic religion.

:-( LOL.

The problem isn't with science, the problem is with creationism, it is pseudoscience.

It also has a credibility problem because of the dishonest assholes that proclaim it, such as yourself.

The delusion, the denial is just off the charts. The whole story that Borg considered to be true was shown to be untrue, then the clown prince of intellectual crime doubles down and bleats about the "scientist conspiracy".

Not a single thought of consideration about how reliable his sources are, how whether these sources are lying or not. Nope, it's still a conspiracy of "scientism".

An honest person, when proven wrong in such a blatant manner, might want to pause and reevaluate.

A dishonest clown starts talking about the conspiracy of "scientism".

RE: An elitest YEC paper found! Is it real or fantasy?
Borg,

They did not reject it because it contains ID and they have always blocked ID. It's certainly not a conspiracy against ID.

They rejected the ID because ID has been found to fail on a scientific level, prior to the article's publication, and the new article had no new research. It was a "literary review" article, not a research article, which might have made them reconsider whether real, experimentally-derived and falsifiable evidence of ID was being proffered.

In other words, you are lying. Again.

It is not a conspiracy against Intelligent Design. ID proponents have done it to themselves by failing to offer testable, falsifiable, scientific arguments for their ideas. That is why I told you about Michael Behe having to admit, on the stand, in the Kitzmiller case that his arguments would not be science unless the definition of science was changed enough so that astrology would also be called "science" under the new definition.

And now you come here and quote the guy who (on his last week on the job!) got his buddy published in an obscure invertebrate zoology journal read only by experts in that field, just so he could say there's a published paper on the subject (as if it was an experimental results paper!), and then lied about what happened so he could promote his agenda, all in defiance of every ethical and professional standard.

These are your "truths"? These are your champions?

You need to take a few minutes of your life to really stop and take a look at yourself, Borg. I'm serious.

This level of intellectual dishonesty strikes me as pathological (as in, "mental health problems" levels) in nature.

Stephen C. Meyer, "Intelligent Design: The Origin of Biological Information and the Higher Taxonomic Categories", Proceedings of the Biological Society of Washington (volume 117, no. 2, pp. 213-239).

Meyer's nonsensical paper has never been "peer reviewed".

STATEMENT FROM THE COUNCIL OF THE
BIOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF WASHINGTON

The paper by Stephen C. Meyer, "The origin of biological information and the higher taxonomic categories," in vol. 117, no. 2, pp. 213-239 of the Proceedings of the Biological Society of Washington, was published at the discretion of the former editor, Richard v. Sternberg. Contrary to typical editorial practices, the paper was published without review by any associate editor; Sternberg handled the entire review process. The Council, which includes officers, elected councilors, and past presidents, and the associate editors would have deemed the paper inappropriate for the pages of the Proceedings because the subject matter represents such a significant departure from the nearly purely systematic content for which this journal has been known throughout its 122-year history.

For the same reason, the journal will not publish a rebuttal to the thesis of the paper, the superiority of intelligent design (ID) over evolution as an explanation of the emergence of Cambrian body-plan diversity. The Council endorses a resolution on ID published by the American Association for the Advancement of Science, which observes that there is no credible scientific evidence supporting ID as a testable hypothesis to explain the origin of organic diversity. Accordingly, the Meyer paper does not meet the scientific standards of the Proceedings.

Archived 26 September 2007

Sternberg's decision to publish the paper without the normal peer-review process was considered a flagrant breach of professional ethics that brought disrepute to the Smithsonian Institute. Sternberg was a fellow of the International Society for Complexity, Information, and Design, which promotes Intelligent Design, along with being on the editorial board of the Occasional Papers of the Baraminology Study Group, a creationism journal committed to the literal interpretation of Genesis. He is also a signatory of the Discovery Institute’s "100 Scientists who Doubt Darwinism" statement.

Dumb ass, the article was IN THE LINK YOU PROVIDED!

It doesn't have any research results in it, just like RS said.

It's just a whiny creationist psuedo-scientist bitching about evolution.
