Ann Coulter, America's great new Republican theologian

This one needs to get shushed.

Maybe her anorexia nervosa will do her in.

Coulter is neither a theologian, nor a philosopher. She's just another loudmouth bigot who does not understand her own religion, and as a hate monger, she certainly does not practice it.

I think you missed that the word 'theologian' was in the sarcasm font. Thumbsup

No true Christian could say such bigoted things?

Anne Coulter should have been something useful, like a boot, or a plastic tree.

My favourite two Anne Coulter YouTube videos are her getting fucking pwnd on the CBC about Vietnam and Henry Rollins' open letter to her.

Ah Anne. Jesus fuck you're useless.

Peace and Love and Empathy,

Matt

That exchange is just stupid. Of course that's what Christians believe and the Jewish commentator knows it. He just wants to make an issue out of it, so he can make Ann Coulter look bad. It was a cheap shot.

And Ann is wrong. She said the Jew was going to heaven. The Jew is going to hell for rejecting Christ. If he didn't know about Christ, he'd just be anihilated at death, but since he damn well knows all about Christianity, Christ, etc., and deliberately rejects him, he's going to hell.

It's one of these things where religious communities can engage in a kind of groupthink where they don't even know what they are doing is wrong. They are so disconnected from other groups, and so used to thinking that their viewpoint is right and their morality is right that they fail to measure either one against an objective outside perspective.
If the interviewer made a cheap shot here she earned it doubly. First by uncritically repeating hate mantras from her community. Second, by accusing him of being non-practising - ie atheist - ie working for satan, which are all the same in her world.
