Any atheists in Sarajevo?
Hi!

Im going to Sarajevo next month with a group of University students from Helsinki University. We are studying about different religions and their co-existence in Sarajevo and Bosnia. So a friend and I would be interested in interviewing an atheists. Any volunteers? Smile It's just going to be a real relaxed situation, so no need to panic about it! I'd really appreciate any help!

That would be me. Thumbsup

Have a nice trip and don't drink too much rakia. If you are not familiar with rakia, well, it's similar to Nokia but with some different effects.

It a very weird place.

Art, nightclubs, muslims who drink beer, orthodox rightwing christians, catholics, secular, leftwing, multicultural but also extremly poor.

Only drove through on a trip from Zagreb to Thessalonici, but from what I saw it`s somewhat ok.

Here is the thing about Bosnia that makes it such a weird place:

Al Quaida tried to set up a base there during the 1990s, but Al Quaida left after only a few months complaining that the muslims there werent really muslims because they are to interested in dancing, music, sex and alcohol.
