I figure that, this being an international community, with some interesting characters, I'd throw a line out and see if any of you have any good suggestions.

we want something not of the plain, humdrum every day names, but nothing too out of the ordinary. I like Irish/gaelic names but I'm not set on that.

So, any help?

I'd like to think I'd go for Arse Points and sneak a really dumb name in there.

Aleister Beelzebub [REDACTED]....

"Aleister Beelzebub"

Hehe. Keep in mind that granddad is a preacher, and I'm not out yet. Maybe Aleister Napoleon...

I do believe that would go over well in Kansas.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Looking over the links posted by Free Thought, I spotted Rowan, kinda like that, it's different but not weird. Of course I like Sean too. (second daughter named Shawn). Alec is on the list, nice meaning too-defender of mankind.

I LOVE Rowin. But I like it with an I. It's such a cute little girl's name. (My friend named her daughter that.) I also love Irish names. I threw around the idea of Darcy for awhile, before I knew I was having a boy.

Thumbsup
