Anyone else make their own mustard?
I use this to make my own mustard and add whatever I want to it. Makes me see God. And I make my own wasabi too. Difference is wasabi is a more direct experience of God but don't last as long. Tongue

My six month old nephew makes something that looks like mustard, but I wouldn't eat it.

Yum, I love mustard. I like mine pretty chunky - lots of seeds and crap. I've only made it once and it was really so fresh... Consider I should do that again.

I made wasabi a couple of times and one year I did it totally from scratch - used real horse radish root from my family's farm - WOOO! That was a pretty good batch as I recall... but I think I was the only one who really appreciated it. I ate a lot of salmon that year - wasabi is a great condiment for salmon. Shy

The Mustard Must Flow!
There's enough variants in stores here, strong stuff too, so I haven't made it myself.

How did you fix the horseradish? I have ton in my garden. The stuff took over an entire box. Maybe make some horseradish mustard?
