What do you get if you have Merican football ... take away all that wussy protective armour and then make the players keep running for the whole match?
Answer:
Rugby

Except that an NFL team without pads on would kill half a dozen rugby players in a match. Real football players wear pads because they'd die without them.

Injuns vs Pirates right now. Go Injuns!

As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
And I will show you something different from either
Your shadow at morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you;
I will show you fear in a handful of dust.

My dad used to take my brother & I to see the Arkansas Travelers play in Little Rock. Said they were the triple-A version of the St.L. Cardinals, but he may have been mistaken. So the Cardinals were my favorite Big Grin
Then we moved to KCRoyals country ..... then I lost interest in baseball Dodgy
