I also think you still need to share yo pics over kik and similar apps instead of on the forum.

Last. Can someone explain why porn sites only have a checkbox and don't get into legal trouble, but TTA still can when we have ID checks?

Some pornsites don't even have checkboxes.

Because it's actually next to impossible to regulate who accesses a porn site, or at least, truly regulating who accesses it decreases profitability. Or something like that. Drinking Beverage

TTA is just particularly paranoid about legal repercussions, more so than other forums. Don't mean that in a disdainful manner, just making an observation. AF.org has an area 69 where you show proof of being over 18 and then you can just share whatever photos you want. I doubt they had this much discussion over legal repercussions, that's more of a staple of our forum (discussing possibilities to death).

One last thing. Do not allow "invisible users" to access the forum. It's creepy. Especially for this thing.

I don't really like going outside.
It's too damn "peopley" out there....

See! Even the kids think we should exclude them. Laugh out load

Excuse me, I'm making perfect sense. You're just not keeping up.

Also, LV, if it makes you feel any better, I don't care if people under 18 access the sexy banter thread. I think that people can start having sex as young as 16 provided they know how to do it responsibly (and 16 is the age of consent in most US states and quite a few European nations).

Easily said when you aren't potentially the victim of said legal repercussions.

I'd be interested to know exactly how it works on AF.org. Firstly, how does easily can you spot a fake ID from a picture? Secondly, what about IDs from more obscure countries? I've already asked this in FTM, how many of us mods do you think know what an ID from Kyrgyzstan looks like, and how to tell a real one from a forgery?

Checking ID's is an easy thing to say but these things have to be considered. On the FT there are four nationalities I think (British, American, Australian, Croatian), knowledge on IDs from outside these countries may not be great (plus, as I've already asked to opt out of any involvement in granting/denying access to such a section that's now three nationalities).

If anyone actually has viable answers to these sorta things that would be helpful.

Worst

the others matter too.
How would you feel if a family member read everything you posted in the SBT?
I imagine very uncomfortable.
I imagine L&I(and others) must feel a similar way if minors read it ,and because i respect her i will try not read the SBT.
