If you meant to say that atheism doesn't imply having a moral code you are correct. Atheism is a lack a belief and, as you can never get from a lack of belief to a positive action, you can never get from atheism alone to having a moral code (a positive action).

I have a "moral code" because I am a humanist, which is a positive belief.

Yes; and you stated that atheists had no moral code. A subjective moral code is still a moral code Cool. Did you mean that they have no objective moral code? Again, your use of the word "moral code" is poorly defined.

quick edit: I also didn't invent it (if you mean humanism).
