Huh

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

I'm more truthful since I don't have to lie about my position.

I replaced prayer, by offering my help, and seeking help if I need it (professional or otherwise).

I replaced church with atheist meetups in my area.

Traded the tiny world view, for a cosmic view.

And eventually made an effort to come out to the online community to try and extend a hand to my fellow atheist.

The atheist is a man who destroys the imaginary things which afflict the human race, and so leads men back to nature, to experience and to reason.

My life at the moment…
Hmmm, pretty good actually, my daughter moved out a month or two back and is doing well in her new adventure.
My job is quite good, I get to help people (work in an assistance company) and have some training coming up I’m looking forward to.
Wifey has a good job, they look after her and she too has some training heading her way that she is going to excel at.
I’m making time to read more and it’s something I’ve missed.
Getting things finished around the house too, wifeys’ bike is 90% together again; we’re just waiting on some parts to come back from the painters.
Just generally my chilled, relaxed self.

Ya ya ya. That's all well and good.

"We will now discuss examples of concepts to concur on is the concept of God in the Christian faith in His fundamental relation to the universe: which is God is the unique creator of the created universe; they will say that that is an assumption, and you will answer that yes it is an assumption on concepts, but when we agree on the concept of God then we can go forth in the universe to seek for God -- otherwise how can anyone recognize God if there is no concurred on concept of God."

No, not going to do that, it’ll ruin my relaxed attitude toward life and take valuable time away from reading and playing in my workshop.
Admiral Akbar warned me about this!
