I'm wondering about the effects of intense bass like that in the video. Obviously it's not going to help with tinnitus, but I'm wondering if it can be bad for a car.

No doubt it can be bad for a vehicle. Most often the bad comes with torn sheet metal but those things can be kept to a minimum through proper deadening and other strengthening of the body panels. Some of which had already been done when I did that video.
What is not bad for, contrary to popular belief... is glass. Auto glass is incredibly flexible and strong so it seldom breaks and when it does, it's due to some other structural problem and not sound pressure.

I thought of a legitimate question for a self-proclaimed basshead.

Have you discovered the brown note yet?
