Ask some questions about evolution here.
Whether a creationist or science minded, you can ask questions about evolution here. Keep the questions relevant to evolution please.

What species did Homo sapiens sapiens evolve from?

Homo heidelbergensis

Were dinosaur fossils planted by Satan, or by God?

If we came from dust, then why is there still dust?

Actually I have a real question, cause I'm not a sciency type person and stuff, but I like learning.

I keep hearing hearing creationists say that irreducible complexity is impossible. Can you explain what their thinking is? You might have to step into their shoes for a second.... sorry about that.

I read somewhere that complexity over generations has been viewed in lab settings but damned if I can remember what was used. Bacteria maybe?

Also, can you explain what an allele gene is?

Thanks Mezzo ! < a bit of a nickname I'm giving you Tongue Heart

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

Can you tell me how we know this rather than just the answer?

I don't remember planting them.

The irreducible complexity comes from how humans see thing. Humans are used to machines being built. Naturally they see a organism with a machine function and think something bigger built it.

Also allele and gene are two different things. Alleles are for specific trait(i.e brown hair) while genes are a section of DNA for a trait(i.e hair color)

So alleles are NOT genes? This is a dumb question. Blush Where are they located?

Specific parts of a gene.
