It doesn't matter what laws you break if you are a Christian because Jesus forgives.

Out-freaking-standing, awesome video!

I thought the video was needlessly insulting, in places. That makes it useless as an outreach tool.

The ideas contained within were great. Does anyone know of a similar video which is a bit more ... polite?

This is one of the many reasons why xianity has about 20,000+ denominations. From the very start, as we have now seen in the study of early development of history, there were multiple denominations. From the Essenes, Gnostics, Mandeans, Marcionites...to everything else.

If Jesus really did exist and really WAS the son of God, surely he would have set everything straight; from the beginning, so that no questions could creep into play. He would have seen the ignorant sects waging war against each other. He would have seen thousands of men, under the orders of priests, building prisons for their others. He would have seen the falsehoods that people would repeat, the hypocrisy, tortures, executions....surely he would have said something, anything that would have dispelled the beliefs which these decisions were built on.

But no, he didn't....because A.) he either didn't exist at all (as I strongly suspect) or B.) He wasn't god. And from this we have every second person and their mother giving interpretation as to what the bible means when it says this or that....or in this case, what they can leave in or take out, according to the god they want to create; A god that is merely a mirror image of themselves and what makes them feel the best about their own decisions. #bullshit.

Unless of course you commit blasphemy. That is one thing that god just can't forgive.

You forgot the best one of them all:

"But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Matthew 5:28

so that basically makes it 100%... unless you're gay, in which you're already an abomination anyways according to leviticus
