RE: Atheist hypocrisy and obsession questions
I've been catching up with thread and enjoying the ironic wit.

But the award for best irony has to go to the OP for this post...

A 'law' is just an opinion that is enforced with some form of threats, duress, coercion. Lets try it this way... if you think a 'law' is factually something other than just an opinion then please let us all know.

Question:
Why is a 'law' factually something other than just an opinion?

Answer:
Because it's an opinion that is enforced with some form of threats, duress, coercion.

Therefore:
A 'law' is not just an opinion.

Brilliant! Big Grin

Sjoe, you must be very intelligent. Only reading the first line... nothing further necessary.

Deconstructing simple political abstractions is not that difficult. It is very simple just like deconstructing religious abstractions. Yet it seems so many of you are having issues with this. I know it must be difficult for some of you to finally realize that you doing exactly the same thing that religious people do with their abstractions. Of course everyone experiences cognitive dissonance in different ways so hopefully you all will recognize how hypocritical you have been, move past the cognitive diss, and make some positive adjustments.

Brother, what the fuck am I being cognitively dissonant about? I am happy to realise the error of my ways but you've not demonstrated any error. You've just been impenetrably dense.

If you can't explain yourself, it's *your* problem.

Followed by "They are generally identified by convention rather than any strict criteria ..."

Indeed, they are now rogue-editing Wikipedia so that honest Christian boys can't use it as a reference.
