Hmm. Actually in the end most christians and atheists end up being pretty good human beings despite it all. Misguided perhaps, but okay.

Take a good look in the mirror and try to see your projection here. You just described yourself without even a hint of irony. You need professional help.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Then you turn toward championing homosexuality, and then you deteriorate even further and further into praising misogynistic themes, and then to sick and ugly forms of sexuality, and then down to a lot of references to feces. You start to post pictures of people defecating or pictures of feces in toilets, etc. What the fuck? Is nothing human left?

Recently, in many atheist forums, there’ve been a lot of pornographic references to Jesus Christ (second coming seems to be a favorite)--as if he ever did anything bad to you. He fucking died on a cross for the salvation of your souls. I suppose you're wondering what's he done for you lately. Facepalm

This is the effect of atheism on one's mind. It starts out as a liberating mental moral exercise as you reject formal religion, but everything deteriorates from there as the implications of atheism take hold.

No God=No authority=no mandate for morality=freedom=hedonism=dissatisfaction with physical life=hopelessness=psychological defenses=madness.

Come away from it, people. For the love of God; for the love of yourselves. Turn and be saved.

I suppose I’m shitting on your rug, eh, Stark Raving?

Here, listen to this pretty, nerdy, Catholic girl and her beautiful talented song. Audrey Assad. If this doesn't make you feel something spiritual--I mean fucking anything--you just can't feel anymore. And that's the ABC's of atheism.

*slow clap*

I love when believers of fabricated delusion think they have the superior position in life. Lets take a moment to reflect on your epic stupidity.

The most popular fairy tale at the moment is an invisible super genie floating in nothingness decides to create 400+ billion planets (that is how many the Hubble telescope can see) until it got one juuuuust right, then gathered up a handful of dirt and blew into it, creating man!...and this makes sense to you? Then he decided to sponsor one specific group (who conveniently wrote the fictional book called the bible asserting this) in a remote armpit of middle east, and bestow his gift upon the uneducated goat herders who were busy slaughtering each other.....not the Egyptians who were powerful and advanced, not the Chinese who were way past these flea bitten turds of humanity...no, he hovered around the middle east...or so the story goes....any of this sound made up to you? because it is.

You are at a distinct disadvantage, you believe in a fairy tale, a fairy tale based on a discredited, easily dismantled and disproven fictional book, filled with allegorical writings by communities of followers who penned them under more known author's names, pseudepigrapha by definition. Now if you wanted to discuss the philosophical theories of god then that would be a different, albeit subjective discussion, but if you cling to the bible as argument from authority, then you are beyond help. the world isn't flat, there isn't enough water on or in the planet to flood the world as per the mythical global flood that never happened, and jesus christ super star the miracle performing zombie didnt exist either as all writings of him were penned after his death by people who never witnessed the alleged events. Seek knowledge, it will help you with your 'faith".

And yet you have the audacity to look down upon atheists? lol.

Off to the kiddy table you go, come back when you can enter an intelligent discussion based on reality. At the kiddy table you will feel right at home, arguing over who is stronger spongebob or spiderman.

Just an FYI to everyone not familiar with Gordo here, he made up his own religion. Yes, it's loosely based on the bible but with it he can duck and dodge any argument against christianity with ease, plus he has a strong background in ancient and modern day woo including but not limited by tarot, mysticism and the like. The idiocy is strong with this one.

awesome, how is that different then the other 40,000+ versions of christianity? The irony kills me..."this is the word of god!"....but wait, the book has changed so many times, so many scriptures removed and added, so much forgery, so many disproven stories...no no non believer, that is because you are not able to understand and comprehend gods message...well evidently neither can the christians as they have divided into over 40k versions of interpretation of the same book.....I always love how each christian when asked about another group of christians say, "Oh they arent TRUE Xtians"...lol

Because he took the time to write his own scriptures, I gotta admit I'm impressed by his level of commitment to his own insanity. You're not just dealing with another denomination, it's another demon nation entirely.

For me it went

No God=No authority=no mandate for morality=freedom=hedonism=never been happier

It's called Veridicanism. It's 20 years old this year. As for Christianity--no matter what I have said in the past, let me make this clear. I am not a Christian. I am a Veridican. I am a true follower of Jesus. Christians are not. They cannot be. Most of them want to be, but the Church does not allow for that.

Again. I'm not a Christian. You may want to call me that, and I may want to call you demon-possessed, but that doesn't make it so. What's funny, is you think you came to atheism on your own. You didn't. The Church made you an atheist. The Church made me a Veridican. God uses the Church, and always has, but Christianity isn't the way. The life and teachings of Jesus are the way. And Christianity has very little to do with that. No

Yep. That was the second spiritual gift I was given. The first was an ability to see into the mysteries of the Gospel. Sleepy
