1. Agnosticism doesn't answer the same question as theism or atheism, so you are wrong to think it's a substitute for (and therefore explicitly separate from) theism and atheism.

2. There are many different god claims, and often, with many of those god claims come a whole host of other claims. Different claims often require different evidence.

this site says "thinking atheist"

an atheist does not believe in theism (a specific theism I am really not concerned with)

what we have on planet earth is a global majority of theists (who cares what kind of theists?)

if there was some sort of mock trial or suddenly we were thrust back into the inquisition days, any good defense lawyer would want to know what it would take to have atheists believe what the majority believes?
Again, it depends on the claim. The kind of theism one has is quite relevant. The majority may all be theists, but they don't all believe in the same thing.

If you want to know what it will take for me to become a theist, then describe any one theistic belief system to me and I will tell you.

"Everyone is alone. Everyone is empty. People no longer have need of others. You can always find a spare for any talent. Any relationship can be replaced. I had gotten bored of a world like that."

My point exactly. You have neither.

that is more than likely not for you to determine...

my truth or honesty is only determined against fact.

theistic belief is a majority (globally) pick one.

you make a good point... I have no specific religious practice for you to deny or not believe in.

I only have a majority.

I'm just as free as anyone else here to determine your lack of honesty and truth.

After watching this movie last night it lead me to another idea for a topic... I'll try to compose it better before I start another topic.

"Is Law Theistic" ??? it'll make a great title maybe?

not much...

It's weird to be philosophical all the time, but then again what are but peoples beliefs?

Clearly you have no idea.

You aren't "being philosophical". What you are doing is just masturbation.

Tell me what you mean and I'll tell you, specifically, the proof I would need.

I have no definition, I practice no religion and I am non-religious.

I seek a definition from someone who does not believe in theism.

That's an easy one for me. I don't happen to believe there is enough enough evidence to justify the belief in anything supernatural. It's materialism all the way for me.

It is an insult to the greatest minds of humanity to have a person like you called, by himself or others, a philosopher or philosophic.
