Star Atheists who work out
Thought it might be fun to keep track of workouts and such in this thread. I've been a runner for a while and also do Cross Fit. Curious as to what workout plans you might be following. Post workout music and diet/nutrition advice too, if you have something that has been working for you. Exercise memes are welcome too. Big Grin

I'll start. Tonight I ran 30 minute sprint intervals. Only way to shave a few seconds off my time. Lol

I also did some ab work and push ups...

I hope this thread is helpful and positive!

Be true to yourself. Heart

Oh no!

Health and fitness is the one thing people disagree about more passionately than religion and politics.

On second thought, this could be fun. Bechased Chase

Crossfit anyone?

In all seriousness I've been doing freeweights on a regular basis and trying to eat better.

I clearly don't know enough Alice in Chains... Nutshell would be a terrible workout song.

The gym and I seem to be at odds at the moment and I see no resolution in the near future. Weeping

Holy cow. Sprint intervals are my worst. I do drag myself through them occasionally.

Also a runner, distance mostly Smile I don't do any really structured training usually - just run my 10k loop, but ja, been adding sprints in the last few months, and started doing weekend long runs.
