Most off of the time I forget rep exists. I think I've only rated like 3 people, and rarely bother to glance at the rep numbers.

What? Rep is the *reason* we exist Tongue

Deidre, don't worry about it. People giveth and taketh away rep for different reasons. I do it exclusively based on whether or not I like you. Other people have their own complicated systems for determining who gets a rep point.

I think it was very brave of you to come on here and say you weren't an atheist anymore. I'm sure that was not an easy thing to do.

RE: Atheists who work out
I need a TTA intervention, I'm doing a shitty job on my hiatus from TTA Hobo But I have managed to make some strides in my personal life and am making some changes which is good. I went to yoga class tonight and we were working on firefly pose and the instructor was talking about being fearless in life. I am really trying to do that as I make my transition into a new life. Smile

Yeah, we noticed. Dodgy

I doubt anyone is complaining though. Big Grin

So can you do Firely pose? I looked it up in the Yoga Journal and probably wouldn't make it through step 1. Blush

I can, it took me awhile to be able to do though. It definitely did not happen overnight. I practice yoga for about an hour to 2 hours a day now and I'm kinda crazy about it Tongue If I'm not in the studio, I do it at my house.

If you work on strengthening your arms and work on your balance in crow and do a lot of prep hip openers and split work prior to doing firefly (like we did in class), it makes getting into the pose a lot easier. I've been recently doing some aerial yoga as well--which I have found pulls me out even more. I really want to get an aerial yoga swing for my house. Big Grin
