When you get back to Massachusetts ... Consider

June Big Grin I was originally not looking forward to the loooooonggggg drive, but now I have three potential lunch meet-ups with people from TTA. Hopefully, I can get a few more as I make my way across the country so my road trip is not so boring Wink

We did this yesterday in the yoga class I take too. I find it relaxing more than energizing..... at least afterwards.

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

Until we got to the handstand, I was thinking "I can do the male part on those poses right now. I'm a couples yoga master!" Tongue

Seriously though, it does look like the man's part is easier. Just hold the woman in the air while she does the actual Yoga.

It can be relaxing too-depending where they incorporate it into class. I find some of the other breathing techniques to be more relaxing than breath of fire though.

Whoever is on the bottom has to be the support--so they need to have balance and strength enough to be able to support the other person and in some cases, be able to support themselves as well. Wink
