Weeping

I'm in the same boat GWOG. I'm coming back from sinus surgery and two colds that knocked me over. It was a slow process. Now, for chrissake, my car broke down yesterday !!!Censored so I'm having trouble getting to the gym and dance studios. AngryAngryAngry

Ugh sorry to hear that. Start easy, you know how easy it is to regress when you are just getting over stuff and your immune system is weakened.

Such a pain, I gain so slow, lose so fast Weeping

Just makes me angry, and I use that anger very well in the gym Evil_monster

Today, here at the Orchard Fitness Club, we did up-the-stepladder, stretch and wax-on/wax-off, down-the-ladder reps.

It's one of the many whole-body exercise programs we offer. Yes

There are still two memberships available. Big Grin
