But I thought yoga was like giving yourself a massage... Consider

I'm sore today too...omg. Sad Squats and deadlifts on the same day. I may never learn.

Tonight, sipping on some egg nog (the real nog lol) and watching videos of my friend who passed away. No workout today. Tomorrow, though.
Happy short week! Heart

I canceled services from the lady who cleans my house. I'm doing it myself now. It's definitely a workout. No wonder she's in such freakin' good shape. Wink Now I just have to learn how to cook without burning my house down Hobo

I am making peas and mushrooms, cranberry sauce (out of a can Tongue ), cornbread stuffing, yams with (vegan) marshmallow topping, mashed potatoes, and a lentil loaf.

For appetizers: crudites, olive tapenade with french bread, daiya vegan cheese slices, crackers, wine Tongue

dessert: vegan chocolate cake, fresh berries and sorbet.

I also have a turkey for the meat eaters and some real cheese for the non-vegans. I am not cooking the turkey though, I'm having my friend do it. But that's mostly because they don't trust me cooking the turkey Big Grin
