Sad Sigh.

Or maybe rename it to sexual banter thread part 2.

Excellent! Do you purposely train for speed improvements?

Are you warming up a bit beforehand?

Well, it's not like I know what I'm doing Tongue I have a group that I go with most mornings, and they set a pretty fast pace - it's OK though, I can keep up comfortably. Fridays is usually speedwork day - we all go to a field and run 400 or 800 m repeats. I am at a bit of a low point in my fitness now, so I can't really see it, but the speedwork does make a difference when I'm fit - take a couple of minutes off my 8 km (5 mile) time.

Yep. It's been a week now, and it's gotten to the point where it's hard to walk.

... Possibly you're using it wrong? Has the bike got a saddle? Tongue

Seriously though, if you're getting more injured from doing exercise there's something wrong.
