I have always found that if I do shoulders the day before chest, my bench tends to suffer. I usually just hit shoulders same day as chest... Or add a rest day. But in any case, sore shoulder and moving slightly less weight on bench is better than moving no weight at all.

Good luck

RE: Atheists who work out
According to the Army's super scientifically valid method of guesstimating body fat percentage by measuring the neck and waist Yes, I've gained about 14 pounds of muscle mass over the winter without adding anything to my waistline. I guess that's the plus side to what I was complaining about a few weeks ago in regards to the winter making me prone to neglecting my outdoor cardio and focusing more on resistance training.

Cool Big Grin how many miles?

20 km / day and 40 or so on weekends. Rest day either Monday or Saturday.

So... 12-13 miles / day.

Getting back into exercise once again, I think I'm going to do burpees and planks. I've heard burpees are one of the best exercises.

Burpees are really good, I do some once in awhile when I am working on my core. Good job on getting back into it, that can be hard to do Smile
