Thanks Deidre!

I am not accountable to any God. I am accountable to myself - and not because I think I am God as some theists would try to assert - but because, no matter what actions I take, thoughts I think, or words I utter, I have to be able to live with myself.

Another run or two will take care of that. Smile

So, ironically, I now have a cold. It seems I must have run my body down enough for it to take hold. Dodgy But, on the plus side, it's one of the mildest colds I've ever had.

Nothing mysterious about it. All that running broke down your immune system. Tongue

Sometimes ''over training'' can bring on a cold or make us not feel well. I hope you feel better soon.

I've been working out off and on this week, just distracted by life. In a good way, but work has been stressful. Back to the gym tomorrow!

Have a good weekend! Heart
