I did some whole-body, aerobic shoveling today. My left shoulder hurts. Dodgy

7 miles! Great! Maybe a rest day tomorrow if you're feeling tired. *hugs*

Make sure you don't have any other symptoms of cardiac problems. Big killer in winter is people our age shoveling mass quantities of snow. :wagging finger emoji:

Thumbsup Not that bursitis is an enjoyable experience, either. I've had surgery for that in my left elbow.

RE: Atheists who work out
I got in an awesome workout after work today. I did 21 minutes of non-stop high intensity training (jog is the rest position): alternating arm medicine ball pushups; stair runs followed by mountain climbers and/or weighted squats (three consecutive intervals of this total); jumping jacks; bicep curls; sit-ups, crunches, and planks/plank variants (all consecutive); body weight dead-lifts.
