RE: Atheists who work out
I've been cycling everywhere recently. It's saving me a ton of money, in exchange for the occasional near death experience...

I started a new job Monday. It is more physically demanding, and also harder to keep hydrated. I have only been to hot yoga twice, both times I was nuked.
Hope to go tomorrow and Monday.
Next week we work 10s to make up for the holiday. No gym or yoga Sad

I need to go through Ottawa to get to work. When I bike, I take the biking trails around the city rather than go on the roads because I kind of like living, even though it almost doubles my time.

Joburg back roads are OK, but even when there is a cycle track it's not maintained - the only place you can actually cycle is on the road. The minibus taxi drivers make a sport out of seeing how close they can pass you Dodgy Main roads are out of the question.

Ugh that's hard. Well, hopefully you'll be back to your schedule before long. Hug

Nice going, morondog with the biking! Yes

I'm getting ready to go for a run. I'm feeling better today and don't have any viable excuses. I have excuses, they're just not viable. Sadcryface2Big Grin

Taking a Jivamukti yoga class today. I think it's pretty much the only style I haven't done yet, other than Forrest Yoga.
