On a side note: For those of you who practice yoga, I was thinking of posting a yoga pic of me doing Eka Pada Sirsasana. Do you think that would skeeve people out though just due to the body contortion of the pose? Anyway, it's been my fave pose, at the moment.

I don't think so. I can't do anything yet, still trying to stand consistently for the duration of a balance pose without wobbling out.
Sometimes I think of adaptations, like "standing icepick to the temple" Tongue

I still fall out of balance poses on occasion. Big Grin If you do it while in tree pose just yell "Timber!" Laugh out load

I think falling is a good thing though, it teaches you how to fall safely, which can carry over into the more advanced poses. I think it's important as a teacher to teach your students how to fall out of poses safely. And pretty much everyone falls a lot at the beginning. I know I did.

You can be a yogini and be a practitioner.
