RE: Atheists who work out
Fun yoga practice tonight. Smile Oh, and I used my mat on the non-carpeted area of our apartment and that worked out a lot better for my wrists. The mat didn't compress nearly as much beneath my wrists as it did when I used it on the carpet, so that's good. Big Grin I still modified poses to be off my wrists for most of the practice, but when I was up on my hands, I definitely noticed a difference.

I'm resting up and carbo-loading as preparation for snow clearing. Big Grin

2x22km today on bike. Feeling suspiciously good and thinking about riding 3-rd time.

I did get my workout in. It turned out to be "amateur boot camp day"
I had 13.7 -odd miles in, 76 floors of stairs, then I stopped at the gym and did some presses, dips, crunches and torso twists.
Yesterday was a rest day and probably today too Big Grin

Did HIIT today. Didn't felt wrecked after it so I suppose I should have go even harder according to what I read. Maybe I should run instead of using bike, though.

RE: Atheists who work out
We started out on a driving trip to California, to get away and see my wife's brother. . Tonight we are at a state campground, FT Stevens.
I ran 3km of intervals with my dog after dinner. That felt good, I am missing my work routine.
