I was gonna do yoga tonight but I got a stomachache Sad

Atheism is the only way to truly be free from sin.

Going to yoga class today. Planning on attempting to run on my treadmill tomorrow. I'm trying to get motivated for that one-I wish I liked running. Sad Going hiking at Mount Diablo this weekend--can't wait!!

Went for a one hour morning walk. This afternoon I'm heading out on my bicycle to do some errands.

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

At da run this eve there was a guy who wanted to race Big Grin So we did. Kinda. Not too much. I got some proper races coming up. But it's fun to act like a kid and just go hell for leather to the top of every hill Smile

I was thinking about giving https://www.personalabs.com/ a try, but wondered if anyone had a better idea.

I'll post a follow up if I go through with it, which I most likely will.

Historically I've relied on appearance as a proxy for health, but since I've got one of those milestone birthdays coming up, I should probably start thinking about more than just looking good in a t-shirt and jeans.

I hope you feel better. It sucks when you want to go workout, your mind is there but your body isn't cooperating. Hug

RE: Atheists who work out
I ran 3 miles on Monday and 3 miles this morning. So far the tendonitis in my foot seems ok. Tomorrow I'm going to try adding a mile and, if that goes well, I 'll run 5 or 6 miles on Saturday.

I am not accountable to any God. I am accountable to myself - and not because I think I am God as some theists would try to assert - but because, no matter what actions I take, thoughts I think, or words I utter, I have to be able to live with myself.

Ran a little more than 3 miles tonight, and wrapped it up with 15 minutes of speed work. Tomorrow, the gym.
I hate when I have nothing worthwhile to eat at home, and too lazy to concoct something or venture out to an eatery of some type. I need to go grocery shopping.
