RE: Atheists who work out
I've slept on a bed for the last 8 years that I knocked off one afternoon as a trial project --- It's basically a platform for a Coleman air mattress..

Turned legs of treated 6 x 6 and 2x8 framing - topped by 1/2 inch CD plywood - and covered with an old Persian rug...(to prevent wear on the mattress)

The most comfortable bed I've ever owned -- and doesn't make a bit of noise - regardless of any movement that may occur upon it....

Run tonight, a little over 5 miles. Afterwards, core work and jumping squats. I'm tired. Blush

RE: Atheists who work out
I've been sticking with my 3 mile runs this week making extra sure not to re-aggravate the small injuries that I've had. I haven't had any problems so tomorrow I'm going to run 5 miles. I'm itching to get back to the longer runs. For me, 3 miles hardly seems worth getting out of bed for. 5 miles is a start, but when I get back to 10 or more I'll be happier.
