I did a combination tonight of high rep/lower weight squats, flat and decline bench, and wide grip lat pull downs. I also did some ab work, shoulder work, and 4 sets of bicep curls. Then, a 20 minute walk on the treadmill, with a slight incline. All in all, workout was great! I had a small bowl of cheerios before I went up there, and I'm crediting the stamina to that. lol Smartass
