Some of the other martial artists on here might appreciate this. I'm more of a Krav Maga guy than a BJJ guy, but the slight against Krav Maga aside Tongue, and despite it being primarily geared towards BJJ, the point behind the video could apply to a lot of things.

1.) Q: Is the voice in the beginning Sam Harris? Sounds like him..

Gym today! Squats, seated cable rows, bicep and core work...and sumo dead lifts. I wasn't into it in the beginning, and then it all came together Smile

Yep, Joe Rogan and Sam Harris. Aside from being an outspoken atheist, he is an expert in jiu jitsu.
