You Australians are better people than I am. Shocking I'd kill that spider with an elephant gun.

Luke and I have cooperated in his catching a cockroach. He's cool.

Ohhh, those beaches look so nice. Ahhhhh. Wink It's so cold here and the sun seems like it's never up in the sky for very long.

Banjo, is it true that Australia doesn't have different class accents. Like the Brits have different accents throughout the country, Cockney and such. I heard that Australia doesn't have like an upper class accent or a lower class accent. Is this true?

Aussies have differing accents. Not as wide ranging as Yanks or Brits.

Oh, this is a nice beach.

On my short list to visit. Just beautiful.

I can't hear any difference in Australian accents. But Australian accents are so much more interesting than American accents. Ours are lame.

When did your family come to Australia, Banjo?

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

I like New Zealand accents too. Thumbsup Anything is better than an American accent. Our spoken English is very flat and dull.

A lot of American accents are flat and dull, but not all. I find the Boston accent and certain southern accents quite charming.

And to stay on topic, I find Australian accents charming too. But I don't think I've ever heard a kiwi, so I have no opinion on them.

RE: Australia. It's flat.
If people ever do get a chance to come here the I highly recommend trying to get out of which ever city you start at.

Seriously, hop a train and try traveling to the farthest station on the line (Relatively!)

From Sydney you can get out West to Campbelltown/Macarthur district thence maybe even a short taxi/bus ride out to Narellan.

Am sure you an do the same type thing on a Northern or Southern rail line out of Sydney.

You'll get a really good idea of the country and the space. Smile
